Tecforten will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or approvals from the client.
5. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per the agreed payment terms
- Advance payment may be required before starting work
- Delayed payments may result in project suspension
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Once payment is made, it is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs, code, content, and materials developed by Tecforten remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed
- Tecforten reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes
7. Revisions & Changes
- Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope
- Major changes or repeated revisions may incur additional charges
- Approved designs or content cannot be reversed without additional cost
8. Digital Marketing & SEO Disclaimer
- Tecforten does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales
- SEO and marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control
- Paid advertising results depend on budget, competition, and platform policies

9. Third-Party Services
Tecforten may use or integrate third-party services such as:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways

- We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or revenue loss

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
