(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides professional IT services including software development, web development, digital solutions, consulting, and related technology services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or service returns may be requested.

1. Nature of Services

Since Tecforten Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers customized and digital IT services, most services are non-returnable once the project or service delivery has begun.

Refunds are handled strictly as per the terms mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Payment made but service has not started
• Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake
• Service cannot be delivered due to technical or operational issues from our side
• Project canceled by the Company before commencement

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Work has already started or milestones have been completed
• Client changes requirements after project initiation
• Delay caused by lack of client response, content, or approvals
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery
• Digital services, source code, designs, licenses, or deployments already delivered
• Monthly, yearly, or subscription-based services once activated

4. Partial Refunds

In case a project is terminated mid-way:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated proportionally based on the work completed
• Cost of completed milestones, resources used, and third-party expenses will be deducted
• The Company’s decision on refund amount will be final

5. Cancellation Policy

• Service cancellation requests must be sent to info@tecforten.com
• Cancellations before project initiation may be eligible for a refund
• Once the project or service has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method
• Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable

7. Returns Policy

As we provide intangible digital services, physical returns do not apply.
“Returns” for IT services are not possible once services have been delivered.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us first before raising any chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action if necessary.
