3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear and complete project requirements
• Share required content, data, and approvals on time
• Cooperate during development and testing phases
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Advance or milestone-based payments may be required
• Payments once made are non-refundable, except as per the Refund Policy
• Taxes and applicable charges are the responsibility of the client

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights remain with Tecforten Technologies Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred as per the agreement
• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless restricted by written agreement

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, technical, and business information shared during the project.

7. Revisions & Changes

• Revisions are provided as per the agreed scope
• Any additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges
• Change requests must be approved in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

Tecforten Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Issues caused by third-party services or client-provided resources

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Terms are violated
• Illegal or unethical use of services is detected

Termination does not waive payment obligations for completed work.
