2. Delivery Method
Software and related deliverables may be provided through:

Live server deployment or hosting environment
Client-provided infrastructure
Delivery mode will be defined in the project proposal or agreement.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are shared during project onboarding
Timelines depend on project scope, complexity, and client approvals
Any delay caused due to lack of client inputs, approvals, or third-party dependencies will extend the delivery timeline accordingly
Revised timelines will be communicated in writing
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the client must:
Provide complete project requirements and documentation
Share timely feedback and approvals
Provide content, credentials, and access where required
Ensure availability of a single point of contact
Delays caused by the client may impact the delivery schedule.
5. Review & Acceptance
Delivered software will be provided for review and testing
The client must report issues or changes within the agreed review period
If no response is received within the review period, the delivery will be considered accepted
Minor bug fixes are covered as per the agreement
6. Revisions & Change Requests
Any request beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a change request
Change requests may affect delivery timelines and pricing
Additional costs will be communicated and approved before implementation
7. Source Code & Ownership
Source code ownership and access will be governed by the project agreement
Full source code may be delivered upon completion of payment (if applicable)
Tecforten Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may retain rights to reusable components unless stated otherwise
8. Deployment & Go-Live
Deployment assistance may be included or charged separately
Final deployment requires client approval
Post-deployment support is provided as per the support or maintenance agreement
9. Security & Confidentiality
We follow standard industry practices to ensure secure software delivery. However, final responsibility for production server security lies with the client unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitations
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or client-managed environments
Compatibility with future updates of third-party software cannot be guaranteed
