Since these services are customized, time-based, and digital in nature, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet been started
- If payment was made by mistake or duplicate transaction
- If Tecforten is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Work has already started or partially completed
- Project delay caused due to lack of input, approval, or communication from the client
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after approval
- SEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or SMM services once campaigns have started
- Domain, hosting, third-party tools, plugins, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client
All digital services once delivered or activated are non-returnable.
4. Project Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request project cancellation by email
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on project stage
- If work has already begun, charges for completed work will be deducted
- Remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at Tecforten’s discretion
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be refunded via the original payment method
- Bank or payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted
6. Revisions & Support (Instead of Refund)
Our priority is client satisfaction. In most cases, instead of refunds, we offer:
- Reasonable revisions as per scope
- Issue resolution and improvements
- Technical support as agreed in the project
We encourage clients to communicate concerns so we can resolve them efficiently.
7. Third-Party Services
Tecforten is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services such as:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
These are governed by their respective refund policies.
